I live in sunny Arizona. The photo above was taken by my son in one of our lovely preserves — this one in Gilbert where I live.

As a retired educator, I decided to take a leap of faith and started a second career as a writer. I’ve blogged for some time, and in 2015 I became an indie author and published my first novel, The House on 4th Street. That December I published a second novel, Timing’s Everything, and later that year, We’ll Find a Way. It is a sequel to The House on 4th but also a stand-alone novel which can be read on its own.

In 2019, I indie published A Far Away Star which has gotten great reviews. No history in this one – just a simple, deeply touching story of female friendship over four decades.

I’ve been away from publishing for a few years following COVID and long-COVID. I know you can all relate to our lives being turned upside down for two years.

On this website, you will find news and updates about my writing, my great family and my wonderful friends. In my blogs, I try to resonate with other women (and hopefully some men) with our life experiences: the ups and downs, the beauty and sadness, and hopefully the humor in it all.
